D2C Orders (Direct-to-Consumer):
- Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of order placement by emailing or WhatsApp messaging us.
- Beyond 2 hours, orders move into processing and cannot be cancelled.
B2C Channel Partners & B2B HORECA Clients:
- Orders can be cancelled only before production/packing starts, after formal PO and payment confirmation.
- Post-processing cancellations will incur costs as applicable (materials, handling, logistics).
Refunds:
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- Products received are damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- Clear photo/video proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery (preferably with unboxing footage).
Upon validation:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We are unable to accept refund requests for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Delays caused by courier partners outside our control
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
D2C Orders (Direct-to-Consumer):
- Orders are dispatched every Wednesday and Friday post confirmation of payment.
- Typical delivery timelines are 5–8 business days depending on location.
- Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email upon dispatch.
B2C (Channel Partners) & B2B (HORECA) Orders:
- Orders are dispatched every Friday after full payment and Purchase Order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the order and distance from our fulfillment center.
- Bulk logistics may be arranged by Anvaya Superfoods Pvt Ltd or coordinated with the client as agreed.
We assist in tracking shipments after dispatch but are not liable for delays once products are handed over to certified logistics providers.
